Customer service is at the core of all operations for Review Med. We work to determine client expectations early in our relationships and develop methods to establish and measure satisfaction based on these expectations. We commit to:

  • Responding to client requests within 24 hours
  • Keeping open lines of communication
  • Proving the effectiveness of our services by demonstrating a return on investment
  • Tracking client satisfaction
  • Conducting semi-annual written surveys as part of our URAC continuous quality improvement initiatives
